Established in 1998 LPA (HR) Ltd is a Limited Liability Partnership servicing a wide variety of clients. Our services are provided by a combination of our managing partners and from consultants associated to the partnership.
Lynwen Plowman - Founding Partner
Lynwen
has over 15 years experience working in a senior capacity within
HR with companies such as GEC plc, Trafalgar House and Debenhams
plc before starting LPA (HR) Ltd.
Over the last 5 years LPA has established a broad client base from large, multi-national commercial organisations through to "not for profit" and SME organisations in the public and private sectors.
Lynwen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and an approved Investors in People Adviser. She is a Human Resource Professional with particular expertise in Employee Relations, Employment Law and Management Training and Development.
David Plowman - Managing Partner
David
has over 18 years senior management experience in the field of Corporate
Communications and Shareholders Services. He has worked with companies
such as BG, Marks and Spencer and Astra Zeneca.
David's particular expertise lies in the areas of Customer Service, Logistical Planning and Procedural Management. His focus and experience comes through instigating change that has led to improved profitability, quality of service and staff retention.
David is a CIPD qualified HR professional, an accredited Belbin consultant, specialising in Team Building and individual skills analysis and is a qualified Life Coach.
Over the last 10 years he has also worked with companies implementing Quality Management and Investor in People Standards.
LPA (HR) Ltd is an approved consultancy of Business Link Surrey, Business Link London South and the Learning and Skills Council and delivers a range of business development programmes for organisations.
